Mary "Pollie" Patterson was born in 1830 in Rabun Co., GA. Pollie married Thomas Dean. I am currently unclear as to how many Thomas Deans there were. One of Pollie's nieces (Mary Jane Foster, daughter of Peggy Patterson Foster) married a Thomas J. Dean. At this time I don't know anything else for sure on this part of the family.
